Software projects from first conversations through workshops, planning, design, building and maintenance. I can't show the apps here, but I'm happy to walk through those projects in a meeting.

The problem

A software idea needs someone who can hold the workshops, shape the screens, and stay through the build without dropping the thread between founders and developers.

My own product. Money, sales, contracts, and the week in one place. I got tired of copying the same client between four apps.

The problem

Money in a spreadsheet, sales in a CRM, contracts in the inbox, projects in another app. When it is just you, evenings go to copying the same client between tools instead of doing the work.

What matters most

  • Home for the week: calendar, priorities, and month snapshot
  • Money with tax and runway in one view
  • Pipeline, projects, and contracts next to the money

Another one of mine. Log what you did, see if you're showing up. Runs, gym, goals. No settings wall first.

The problem

Training plans in one app, steps in another, goals in a third. You download something, hit a settings wall, try it once, and quit.

What matters most

  • Goals and daily check-ins on a simple grid
  • Log a run, gym, or yoga in a couple of clicks
  • Stats you can glance at: sessions, hours, distance, streak

My Garden Canvas

Built in Lovable. Beds, plants, and notes on a canvas so next spring you still remember what grew where.

The problem

By next spring you forget what grew where, what failed, and what you meant to try again. Lists do not match the yard.

What matters most

  • Visual yard canvas with named beds
  • Plants, flowers, and notes on the grid
  • Year-by-year view so last season's plan is still there

My own money app. Net worth, monthly budget, quick logs. No bank linking because setup kept getting heavier than the spending.

The problem

Bank linking and heavy setup made money tracking harder than the spending itself. I needed a picture I would actually open.
