I'm Aija. I've spent the last eight years with digital products, from marketing systems management at a B2B SaaS startup, to full-cycle software project management and design at Simplified Solutions.

I've held tons of workshops, prioritization sessions with founders and product owners, feature walkthroughs with developers, and so on. I love bringing new ideas to life, testing and comparing alternative approaches, and finding the best bet to go test, at AI speed.

The web has been a huge passion of mine for a long time. I've been building websites since 2017, for my own projects, for my past employers, and for my customers. Safe to say that in today's world, tech is 20% of the work, and content, copy, and design are the rest. I've chosen to build with Webflow and Cursor for the variety they offer depending on the system, team, and processes each client needs.

In addition to websites, I have also built many prototypes and demos for customer projects and production apps for myself. Design systems are familiar to me but my experience is more on the AI side. I am not the most technical person, but API keys, environment variables and Stripe Price IDs are something I'm dealing with weekly. I am super eager to learn more, while still keeping my main focus on design.

I am a fast learner and always want to deepen my knowledge in my field. Not to do a lot of things somehow, but do certain things very well.

There seems to be a role shift here, design engineer. That sounds fun.
